Boly Welch is an employment agency. They do temp to hire, temp, and immediate hire positions. I submitted my resume via e-mail a few weeks prior, and they were very attentive with responding, and getting an interview scheduled. Prior to my arrival, I was asked to do some online testing (Microsoft Office items) to test my knowledge, and once I arrived, there were a few paper work items to complete in addition to some more testing (editing, proof reading, grammar, etc.). The process was very easy. I ended up meeting with three different recruiters - one for temporary work, another who was over Human Resources, and a third who did administrative. I felt like they really listened to what I was interested in, and thoroughly reviewed my resume. The next day, I had an interview with a company, and the following Monday, I started working with that company as a temp.
