Tremendously unprofessional. I was kept waiting in the lobby for about 30min while a so-called IT person tried to troubleshoot some issue related to my job application. The interview itself was very brief, it was immediately apparent they didn't have the job or client that they were advertising for.

Great to meet with, asked the right questions. When it came to inquiring about several roles posted from Boly Welch and reaching out to the recruiter, it was nothing but dead air. I felt as if the recruiter didn't care. I have worked with other agencies before and was surprise to see this type of service from Boly Welch. The service does not exist.
