Interview
Following 3 onlines tests, I was invited to a telephone interview. Before the interview, they told me the position I was applying for had been filled and if I'd consider transferring to another role which I accepted. The telephone interview was fairly standard and went well. They then called me and said there was an error on their part and I have to re do the online tests which I did and I'm pretty certain I passed them. Was told I'd hear from them within a week but a month later and still no word and my emails to the HR lady have gone ignored. Clearly not a very competent HR department.

Interview
Online application followed by a fairly difficult online tests. This was followed by an telephone interview asking only competency questions. Finally there was a standard assessment centre consisting of presentation, group exercise and competency interview with some technical question. Presentation and group exercise were based on case studies.

Online tests. Then telephone interview. Then assessment centre. Assessment centre will be an analysis presentation and group team activity. Online tests seemed difficult but managed topass them. felt they were the most difficult that I had done. Time constraints on every question and have to read and answer very fast
