Online. It was the first interview after I passed the online assessment. The process was quite casual, the interviewer was friendly. Had a really nice chat with the interviewer. Enjoyed the whole process.

Application online, CV and Cover Letter . Then invitation to a series of online tests which were quite easy. After that a phone interview which was basically just competency questions, no technical question were involved.

3) Telephone Interview: All competency based questions, nothing technical.
4) Assessment Centre (Group of 6 people): The day started off with a presentation by Bombardier employees and was followed by a group exercise which lasted about an hour. The group was then split in half, one half was sent for individual interviews and the other had to prepare a 10 minute presentation.
The individual interview consisted of 4 competency questions and two technical ones.
