I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Bombardier in May 2016
Interview
After I passed the first two stages (initial application and online tests), I was invited to a phone interview that would determine whether I would be invited to the assessment center stage. It lasted for about 45 minutes. During the initial 20 or so minutes the HR employee described the program in more detail. After that, I was asked several questions. The whole interview was very pleasant and to the point. I was allowed to ask my own questions regarding the program during the initial explanation and after the questions part. After three weeks I was notified that I was successful and got invited to the assessment center.
