1 phone interview followed by in person interview. The hiring manager was present along with HR representative. Both were very friendly, questions were fair and was pleasant experience. They followed up on my references after the interview.

Interview
I was interviewed virtually by a project engineer. He started by telling me that it is going to be a conversation because he is not a human resource manager. The interview was about 30 minutes, and at the end, I was allowed to ask questions. Which I did, and he answered. He tried to clarify the position of a project engineer is different from engineers' roles.
