The first round goes with HR, general information and background, previous knowledge in supply chain in related industries. The second interview is in charge of the Supply Chain department with more technicall skills, negotiation

Three people one from Human resources, two Purchasing Managers. Multiple questions about past work history that related directly to position they were looking to fill. Quizzed on ERP knowledge of going from ORACLE based to SAP that they were still converting to 2 years later from company based MRP knowledge and involvement of transitions of the same.
