After a phone interview (approx 1 hour), I got a panel interview (1 hour). I was unable to attend the first panel interview but they have been really flexible and were able to arrange another day and time to meet. The atmosphere was relaxed, in a friendly environment and quite informal. The panel was interested in knowing about my background, my ambitions and my expectations. They also explained me the job position and career development. They called me back less than 48hours after the interview with a job offer tailored to my profile, the job specifics and a higher salary than I asked, plus added benefits. My experience has been 100% positive under all aspects.
