Very long...they hire all Admins through their on-site recruitment agency. Took me three months from the initial phone call to signing the papers. Everything at Bombardier takes long. Also, don't hold your breath that once your 6-month probation period with the agency comes to an end that you will e automatically transferred to Bombardier payroll...they delay it and delay it. It will take months. Fight for it!
