Bombardier interview questions

Applied through learning unlimited and had several interview days where tests were administered got through to the 3rd stage and had one to one interview with learning unlimited staff, who were superb and supportive and gave a lot of feedback afterwards. Then got an interview with bombardier staff which was diabolical, interviewed by two men, one of which was more interested in checking his mobile phone than conducting an interview. The letter informed me that the interview would take between 30 - 40 minutes, in reality this was reduced to 15 minutes as it was approaching lunchtime. Informed midway through the interview that the apprenticeship had been changed and I should be aware of this when I applied (applied in November 2014 and the apprenticeship was changed in February 2015) A very disappointing interview process for a 16 year old just starting out on the interview trail, despite such positive feedback from the recruitment agency who originally interviewed me for this apprenticeship. Not heard anything from them as yet, but am doubtful it would be positive.
