I applied for an internship regarding an AWS project. First I was asked to record a pre-interview on VisioTalent. After that I got a mail saying that the actual interview would be the next week. I got interviewed via Google Hangouts, it took about 45min to an hour. It went well overall. They didn't give me the job because of the fact that I didn't work on AWS or didn't have more knowledge on it as the project had started and more competencies would be suitable

How I discovered the company, where i heard about the offer from. they asked me if I ever worked with some tehnologies related to AWS. the told me to speak about the projects where I used AWS. at the end they asked me typical questions like why would we hire you, how do you work in a team, do you see yourself as a leader or you prefer to be leaded, what are you best assets.
