I was contacted by the manager of the West Coast office after I had emailed my resume to the company. They set up and interview with the VP of sales who flew out from New York to meet me. I had to do extensive research on Cloud Computing, business management, and CRM. After the interview she let me know that they would send me an offer. They did and I started 2 weeks after.
