Phone interview with multiple interviewers, questions about my experience, and case studies too thrown in. Mostly about how I would react, or have reacted in the past under different scenarios. They would press for answers and keep waiting for more if necessary. They seemed to be smart guys and asked good questions. Overall it was good to experience this kind of interview and I was able to learn from it which is key for me.
