After I submitted my CV, I got offered a phone interview within a week, after 2 weeks in one-on-one interviewed with a Team Leader, main questions were my personal experience, background, work-relates skills, leadership, knowledge of foreign language work history, availability and the qualifications which almost took 2 hours. After that unfortunately, I didn't get a second chance.
