Interview
Applied online (booking.com), then I was called to an interview on site. It was a job-fair type of environment so there were about ten HR representatives doing the interviews. I just waited in line to get interviewed along with many people (more kept arriving as I went through the whole process. it went good for me, so I was then referred to complete all paperwork at a local staffing agency (Manpower). The entire process took only a few days. They process a background check and drug test.

Since you provide customer service via email, It is very important to have good grammar, so as part of the interview process they give you a paper with a customer complaint. You need to write down what your response would be to that customer.

After a phone call interview, you will be asked to interview at the office. The process takes about 3 hours including company's presentation, language tests : English and the language you applied for ( grammar and reading comprehension); next is a phone call role play in the language you applied; then a face to face interview with CS team lead and HR manager
