Situational questions and mock quality session. Two team leaders and one operations manager were in the interview. This was an internal position. I was one of 15 applicants to interview for this position. The inteview was held in one of the meeting rooms and one of the team leaders was conducting the interview through video conference. The other team lead and operations manager was in person.
