Om een Customer Relations Associate te worden moet men voor tenminste 6 maanden in de Customer Service afdeling hebben gewerkt. Het interviewproces heeft 2 tot 3 fasen, afhankelijk van de deelnemers. De eerste fase is een schriftelijke test, de tweede fase het interview en indien nodig zal er een derde gesprek plaatsvinden.

The most simple interview I ever had (though didn't receive any call back, strange!!!)...there were 2 persons, 1 was technical guy and other was some business analyst. It was phone interview of half an hour. They started with Perl, then a simple algorithm question, followed by 1 simple mysql and ended with 1 business case....

Professional interview process. Takes about 3 weeks. Start with phone interview and 2 personal interviews by regional manager. Daunting at first but the hiring managers is only preparing your courage whether you can respond to challenging questions
