The initial communication was made with a general manager who wasn't even allowed to make any kind of job offer. I was then passed off to the district manager. The two phone calls we shared were uninformative and full of misinformation. I was outright lied to regarding benefits and ended up losing a week of vacation by taking the job. In a final phone call with the store general manager, I was reluctantly made an offer that was considerably less than I was expecting.
