I applied online and about a month later, I was called for an interview. I was asked over the phone of my past sales/retail experience and if I'd be comfortable selling their discount membership card. I was called in for a 1:1 interview in a few days. She asked me questions about my past work experience and to give her a sales pitch about their card. I was informed of their selling requirements. I was offered a job on the spot and filled out the paperwork to start the background check. That took about 2 days and I came back in to get started. The people seemed a bit friendly but almost overly so. They were helpful to me thinking I was a customer.
