That was followed by a phone call asking me to come in for an interview, which was absolutely embarrasing for the management. The lack of preperation was a hint at was the rest of the job was going to be.

Quick phone call to set up time. In person interview in back room. Didn’t ask many questions mainly talked about selling their rewards program. Person seemed interested to be doing the interview.
