It was like any other retail interview but the sales point of the position was heavily discussed. She told me about the membership card & magazine trial sales. they weigh heavy for store percentage & even the employee. She asked many questions about my insurance sales experience & asked me to compare that to how I could use it there. That seems to be the make or break point for who they hire. The hiring process took longer due to the background check. I was brought back for hiring paper work in a couple days but the background check didn't come back for another 3 weeks. I couldn't work until then.
