1st interview was with a recruiter over the phone. 2nd interview was with the Regional Manager over the phone. 3rd interview was in person at a store about 1.5 hours away. Was told that they were making a decision the following week and it is now 3 weeks later and they have not made any decision.

Was suggested to apply for the position. Met with several team members of upper management to discuss the position requirements and overall thought process. The hiring and interviewing was a very good process to be a part of. It was nice to meet several executives within the company and get their perspective on expectations and company goals.
