Interview
Interview process was quick and easy as I had retail experience. I was offered the job at my interview. If you have little to no experience in some form of sales then this probably isn't the job for you. I was called in for an interview after applying online and was interviewed while the manager had my application in front of him. After the first interview I was offered the job but others were sometimes called in for second interviews before being offered a job.
Group interview. So come prepared with multiple different responses so you can stand out. Also once hired I was not able to start until a month later. The onboarding process was very slow! Other than that the experience was fine.

How would you deal with a coworker in a disagreement?
It was a quick phone call and was very easy, casual conversation. Questions focused on background and interest in working at the store and knowledge of stock management. I also went in person to discuss further.
