I received an e-mail asking to schedule a phone interview with a technical recruiter. This interview went well, and I was told a hiring manager would be reaching out within the next few days. Within 24 hrs I received another email asking to schedule an interview with the team lead. This interview went extremely well, and I felt really great about it. I was told I should hear back from their recruiter within the next few days. I felt fantastic about the interviews so I was surprised to receive a no reply, generic e-mail stating they were moving forward with other applicants. I did, however, appreciate being informed that I didn't get the job, and this notification came within a very reasonable amount of time. I hope I stood out enough to be considered for other positions that may become available in the future.
