Interview
The interview was for a role in the ANZ region. Haphazard management of interview schedules. RPO HR processes with no understanding of regional requirements. No follow-ups or updates and frustratingly long gaps between interviews. My process ran for approximately 3 months. Internal politics between hiring team from the US and teams already based in the region was quite clear. Eventually withdrew my application.

General enterprise architecture questions, TOGAF framework related questions and check of architectural level of understanding in API management products. Further rounds were with professional services who were clearly not interested in the interview process.
