Very old school. District Manager asked a couple of basic questions. Proceeded to tell me wha tthe store needed and asked if I could handle it. I said yes, he hired me. ??
3 interviews process one phone call interviews and one in person with district and one with regional manager. We walked store and showed me all problems and issues and asked how I would fix them.
