      Anonymous employee
      Phoenix, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boot Barn (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2014

      Interview

Applied online thru monster.com. Got a phone call hours later from the store manager and given a 5 minute phone interview that ended with asking when I could come in for a face to face interview. Friday was my interview day, very standard questions. (your weaknesses/strengths, favorite part of the job, what are you looking for in a manager?) Was told at the end of the interview that the decision would be made by Monday. I was called within 24 hours and offered the job.
