Interview
The phone interview took about 15 minutes, and went well. On-site interview took place one week later. It started at 8:30 am. The HR rep outlined the firm, major policy and benefit package. Followed by three interviewers and one of them is the manager. They are very nice and professional. The questions are not challenging. They care more about the overall capability, and lots of questions concerning how to interact with team and leadership.
