the interviewers were inexperienced and were over selling booz allen. They wanted me to join since i had security clearance. 3 separate rounds at Mclean office. I had to declined an offer at IBM to join Booz Allen, seems like i made a huge mistake joining this company. i will be quitting Booz Allen soon
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
