I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Jul 2017
Interview
An employee referred me to a recruiter who, after a phone screen, got me into a hiring event. The hiring event was 'speed-dating' style. I had 4 30-minute interviews with associates/managers from different teams. They were mainly interested in my background; the interviews were conversational and felt more like networking. There was no job description, they just want to know if you're a good fit and if you're someone they would like to work with. They also want to determine whether your interests align with their teams.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
