I initially submitted my resume online for a different position that I was eventually hired for. I was called by someone in the HR organization asking me if I would be willing to come in to the office for one of their hiring events. For the hiring event, I was seated at a table and given a schedule of different hiring managers that would be coming around to talk to me. I printed out multiple copies of my resume ready to hand out to them but each of them showed up with a copy of my resume along with notes and questions ready to ask me.

Standard interview process of a phone call with an internal recruiter, phone call with the hiring manager, and then an in person interview. Asked standard consulting, aptitude and attitude questions.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Question 1
Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
