I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. A friend of mine submitted my resume and cover letter. Within the next few days, someone had reached out to set up an interview (which was really just a phone screen). The phone screen was very simple and it actually lasted about 15 minutes and she offered me another interview while on the call. The second interview was over the phone and was behavioral. Pretty easy basic interview questions. Know your resume and be able to answer behavioral questions.
First interview was with a fun and respectful recruiter--very positive. Second interview was with a front-office employee who was a bit abrasive, making comments that he wasn't sure I was qualified for what he wanted me to do. Overall, this negativity drove me away

Interview
Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.

Interview
The interview process with very straightforward - 2 interview rounds with current associates, 30 min each asking behavioral questions.
Be prepared to do research on the company and ask questions at the end of your interview!
