Received interview as result of campus career fair. Met with three employees one on one for about 10 -15 minutes each. They gave lots of opportunities for me to ask them questions also. Met with their supervisor afterward as a group with other candidates being interviewed. I received an offer within the week. The process felt very rushed and I was surprised they didn't want references before extending an offer.

Super relaxing. Great thing about BAH interviews process is that there are no case interviews which relieves a lot of stress. They spend a lot of time assessing your personality and communication skills. I had 1 HR interview and 2 behavioral interviews.
