I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton
Interview
Probably the best and easiest interview experience I’ve ever had! A bit strange how I didn’t have to meet anyone in person but I’m honestly not complaining.
I knew someone in the company who gave me a referral and from there I got in touch with a recruiter who asked me basic screening questions. She then passed my resume along to different teams that are hiring. A few days later, a phone interview was scheduled with a project manager. It was an interesting and pleasant conversation. They do a great job at pairing you with people who share similar job responsibilities and duties and so I was really able to connect with the project manager. They’re all very friendly people too!
Two days later, I get a call from my recruiter saying they’d like to bring me on board and presented me with a great offer! Overall it was such a great experience and not really one of those strict and awkward interview experiences.
