Recruiter sent email asking for a phone interview the day after I submitted my application. Followed BAH's advise related to interviews. Recruiter started the interview with short summary of which BAH organization this position is in and which customers they are focusing on. The interview ended after 30 minutes with a comment that the recruiter would discuss with the recruiting manager and get back to me the following day. The job description matched my profile and I thought the interview went well but I received an email the following day that the hiring recruited had decided not to include me in next steps.
