My interview was for a specific vacancy: entry-level with some experience in research, my recruiter was familiar with my background as well as the market I would be joining. Overall, my interview process took less than 2 months before an offer letter and starting full-time. The process began with a phone-screen with basic questions (career prospects, prior work experience, etc), then a conference call with the prospective team, followed by a series of in-person interviews at a company office.

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
