Interview
After applying, a recruiter reached out to me and asked me questions about my background, interest in the role, and availability to start. After that, I got another email a day later to schedule an interview with the hiring/technical managers. The interview went well. They mainly focused on asking what was on my resume, past experiences, and skills. During the interview, they told me they felt I was a good fit and I would hear back from them within a couple of days.
Days turned into weeks. I already received an offer from someplace else and wanted to know if they were still interested in me so I could make a better decision(I would have chosen BAH). I emailed the recruiter and the next morning, the recruiter told me they were not going with me. It felt as though they had that information for a while and did not seem interested in letting me know before I reached out.
Overall, the interview process was fun because I got to talk about my past experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a project you did in your previous/current role?
Discussions about the project and deep-dive questions.
What would you have done differently?
Very laid back. Great group of people to work for. They’re most focused on fit and personality and then technical. If you’re a hard worker and looking to be honest should be no problem.
