Either campus recruiting or a referral through networking is the one of the only ways to get an interview out of college. That being said, the interview process is purely firm fit. Very easy. People at this company are very fair and friendly. The recruiter works extremely fast which makes the hiring process very easy. By far the most respectful process I have ever been through.
