Interview
Interview was industry specific with multiple interviewers and focused on my industry knowledge and their place in the market. There was not much discussion on process, or products besides managing prefab projects.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Border States (Hubbard, OR) in Dec 2022
Interview
Interview scheduled quickly after application was submitted. Interview was conducted in office with one employee in person and two others joined remotely. It was a good interview and each of the employees was really nice. They asked good questions that I felt mostly prepared for. Wasn't the most difficult interview but I hadn't been interviewed by more than one person before which was slightly intimidating.
