The first is the HR phone interview about resumes, mainly to understand the basic situation, as well as self-introduction in English. After several interviews on the spot, the situation was first led by HR into the office building of the factory, sitting in the small room and waiting for the interviewer. The interviewer is the superior leader of the employer department. After self-introduction, he used the resume as the blueprint to ask questions about the experience of each paragraph, gains and losses, etc. These are mainly considering my language expression ability, communication ability, work habits, personality and psychological state. Then I got The technical aspect questions, those are mainly aimed to examine whether the basic knowledge is solid.

The interview was very communication based. There were no computational questions and they asked questions about project I have done as well as other things on my resume. They talked about what their day to day life looked like in the office and talked about how they broke up their teams.
