I applied in June and got asked for a phone interview several weeks later. The recruiter was lovely and I was invited for an in-person interview that was scheduled the next week. I met with four women on the team for 45 minutes each. Everyone was great - conversation flowed and no one grilled me with questions. The last woman I met with told me not to get freaked out if I don't hear anything for a few days because their HR department is slow - and I was warned by friends that hospital HR departments are awful. I followed up w/ HR a week later because I was offered a position elsewhere, but really wanted the job at Children's. I was told they were still going through the application process and wouldn't be making a decision with the next few days. I was bummed, but understood and even declined my competing offer in the hopes of getting this job. It's been two months and I sent another follow-up, which was ignored. The actual interviews were enjoyable, but the lack communication left a sour taste in my mouth - don't waste your time.
