Interview
I first got in touch with the nurse recruiter and set up a time and date. I met with nurse recruiter first to talk about my interests in nursing. She had set my interview the nurse manager for the unit I applied for. Afterwards I met with the nurse manager where I interviewed, got a tour and met some of the other staff nurses on the unit.

Very quick interview process and turn around time. Initially the interview was set to be with one individual however, 3 people joined the zoom unexpectedly. But everyone was very nice and I enjoyed speaking with them.
