Required persistence and connection to a doctor within the field of study that I was interested in. Consisted of two interviews; one with the doctor's office assistent with whom candidates were asked about organizational skills as well as ability to learn new computer programs and one with the doctor who informed the candidate about the studies that they were running and the scientific approaches behind it as well as reviewing the candidate's résumé.
