Applied for two positions - received an email about phone screening with recruiter for the first position that had to be scheduled 2 weeks out. By that time, the job listing had been taken down. When it came time for the phone screening, they were talking to me about the second position with no mention of the first position even though that was the one I was scheduled to talk with them for. Was also screened by a trainee recruiter as well, and even though I have no problem with someone training, it was not a good experience to say the least.

Was nice, went smoothly, interviewer was enthusiastic and seemed to enjoy her job, hospital seems very well-organized. Also seems like they cycle through many applicants for PERs often so they are looking for PERs who are willing to stick for a long time
