First round is a computer test, fairly simple math and reading comprehension questions, all in English. Second round you meet with 2 different consultants back to back, some of the consultants are more at ease in Spanish, so you got be ready to adjust. Specially if they are from Spain, it could be hard to understand what they are saying. Cases ranged from airlines, banking, M&A. Consultants are very friendly and they try to help you through the case. I was a little disappointed with time management on later stage rounds, be ready to wait 30-60 minutes.
