First round interview. Two case interviews of 45 min, and a potential test. The potential test was online. 45 minutes, 25 questions. The case interviews were very interviewee led, should have taken more control.

Basic questions. Why do you want to be a consultant. What is your biggest accomplishement. The potential test was all about analyzing graphs and calculating margins. Could bring a calculator to the test.

round 0 is the regular test they give you. round 1 is chatbot test + the in person interview with the consultant, round 2 is 2 partners that you interview with. it's not very unconventional cases.

Round 0 had an assessment, round 1 had 1 case with a human then 1 case with a chatbot. The cases weren’t too complicated mostly revolving around profitability and break even pricing, but the subject matter was niche.
