Recruiter called, asked cliche questions, and although I answered them, she seemed rushed. It was a WIFM interview on her behalf. I barely had a chance to ask anything about the role. The experience had a negative energy. Recruiters set the tone. Given the nature of this particular job, I would advise BCG to tape the calls to ensure integrity and less rudeness in the recruitment process. I was so humbled to interview, yet walked away a little shocked. Hopefully this is the exception and not the norm.
