After cover letter and resume, they sent out a personality test and a short logic test both online. After, I received the CCA where I had to record answers to 3 questions like "Why Consulting and why BCG". Next step was a online case, which was relatively hard. About 12 questions in 35 minutes, I think I might have messed up on the math here. Importantly, there was no time or possibility of practicing the online case software prior. Lastly, same day they have a zoom 45 minute interview, which has a very short 15-20 minute case and other time is spent with back and forth questions. The questions here do not seem organized and are more dependent on your interviewer.

It has multiple rounds- 1st round is resume screening, based on which you get invited for cca and video cover letter. If you pass that, you get invited to r1 interview where you have to do a live case interview with their chatbot and another zoom interview with one of their consultant, where you solve a case and also answer fit questions.

Had to submit the resume and do video cover letter and take CCA, then I was invited to 1 live interview. The case interview felt super easy and very conversational.
