I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (New York, NY)
Interview
I received an email the morning after applying through their website asking to set up a call to discuss the role for the following day. The next day came and went without the contact calling me which was discouraging because it's hard enough to get time away to speak about job opportunities while at your current job. I emailed her a few hours after the time had gone and reiterated I would still like to speak about the role. 4 days went by before she emailed me apologizing her day got away from her and asked my availability to reschedule the call. That same day I replied with my availability. It's now been a week and I haven't heard back.
I find this disappointing, as someone who is supposed to be recruiting and filling roles I'm not sure how she has any success if she treats every applicant this way.
