I applied online. The recruiter called me and scheduled 2 case interviews on the same day. The interviews were very difficult if you don't prepare hard, but they where exactly targeted at unveiling hands-on skills and the fit for the consulting role. I was not offered the role but the Senior Principal who interviewed me called me personally and spent 15 mins to provide personalized feedback about the decision and my interview. It's the 1st time in my life I got such a professional treatment when rejected. It says so much about the quality of the people working there.
